Matilda has been awarded the responsible position of Shadow Councillor for Compass.
Shadow Council will give adults with learning disability the opportunity to air their views and represent their electorate on a range of issues including health, social care, employment, housing, policing and public safety. All candidates will participate in training in election procedures and confidence building before formal elections take place.
